FAQ

Is Chiropractic care right for me?

Chiropractic care is for anyone with a nervous system. Chiropractic helps keep your body connected to its inherent ability to self-heal and regulate.

Do you only see pregnant women and children?

We love serving the ENTIRE family! We are known and have extensive training in pediatrics and prenatal chiropractic care, which sets us apart from other offices. We highly encourage all walks of life to come in and get adjusted.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we accept all insurance. We are in network with Blue Cross of OK, Bright Health, Health Choice, and Medicare. We focus on meeting your healthcare goals and we will not let insurance dictate your health. Even though we are not in network with some insurance companies, we often find that our prices are significantly less than what you would typically pay with insurance. Self-pay allows us to offer affordable pricing to our practice members. No matter what the situation is, we work hard to make the care affordable for practice members and families.

What is the Webster Technique and how will it benefit me throughout my pregnancy?

The Webster Technique is a specialized certification offered through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for the pelvis and surrounding ligaments. This technique helps facilitate the mother's neurobiochemical function in the pelvis and then relieves any intrauterine constraint caused by torsion or tension. Webster technique during pregnancy can help allow more space for baby to grow and move into position to prepare for the birth process.

Is it safe to get adjusted while pregnant?

Absolutely! Dr. Alasha has advanced training to serve the maternal community. Often times, our moms under chiropractic care have more comfortable pregnancies, easier and shorter labor times, stronger connection with their babies, less interventions and more room to facilitate baby to get into the best position for birth.

Why should my child get checked by a chiropractor?

Many parents are choosing to be proactive with their children's health, rather than reactive. Chiropractic is both proactive and preventive when it comes to wellness. Pediatric chiropractic care is safe, gentle, and helps a child thrive right from the start. See our "Pediatric Care" page to learn more about pediatric chiropractic care.
