Dr. Alasha
Dr. Alasha Young's chiropractic journey began at the age of four when chiropractic care dramatically improved her health and inspired a lifelong passion for helping others experience the same benefits. She grew up in Oklahoma City, attended The University of Oklahoma, and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
Passionate about caring for pregnant women, babies, and families, Dr. Alasha has pursued extensive postdoctoral training in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and nervous system-focused chiropractic care. She became Webster Certified in 2017, earned her Perinatal Certification through the ICPA in 2024, and completed her Body Ready Method® Professional Certification in 2026. Her additional training includes craniosacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, functional oral tie protocols, BIRTHFIT®, and Spinning Babies®.
As a home birth mama to two daughters, Dr. Alasha brings both personal experience and professional expertise to the families she serves. While she values every tool she has learned, she believes the chiropractic adjustment remains the most powerful way to restore communication between the brain and body and is the foundation of true health and wellness.
